Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. 2.
The approach of the applicants was very casual. They did not remove the office objections for around 820 days. Now the Counsel for the applicants states that they were unaware of the order for removing office objections. The reasons for condonation of delay appear not convincing, however to protect the interest of litigants, application to condone the delay may be allowed subject to the costs. 3.
The application is allowed. The delay of 820 days in removing office objections stands condoned subject to costs of Rs.5000/- to be

Costs be deposited within three weeks from today. Thereafter the petition be restored to its original position. 5.
