Since a statutory efficacious remedy in the form of criminal revision is available to challenge the impugned order of issuing process, the learned Advocate for the petitioners prays for liberty to withdraw this petition and avail of the statutory remedy. 3.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. The petitioners are at liberty to avail of a remedy as is prescribed in law. The time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 09/10/2018 till the passing of this order, would be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay, if any.
