This petition was filed for directions to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to include the name of petitioner in the seniority list for the promotion to the post of Kendra Pramukh.

It appears that representation made by the present petitioner on 18.09.2025 is pending before respondent No.4. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and

920_WP_12418_2025 learned Advocate Mr. B.B. Bhise waives notice for respondent Nos.3 and 4. Petitioner appears to be relying upon various Government Resolutions or guidelines and his own documents.

Learned Advocate for respondent Nos.3 and 4, upon instructions from respondent No.4, submits that representation dated 18.09.2025 would be decided within a period of six weeks from today. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the petition with direction to respondent No.4 to decide the said representation within a period of six weeks from today.
