We have already disposed of writ petition filed by the present respondent No. 5 bearing Writ Petition No. 10391 of 2016 by giving him liberty to approach the School Tribunal to challenge his termination order. In view of the fact that, the respondent No. 5 is already terminated and he has to challenge the said termination before the School Tribunal and another person is officiating as an incharge head master. Naturally the incharge head master would be entitled to officiate in accordance with law as would be approved by the Education Officer. As
