This is an application seeking permission to make corrections in the names and age of the applicant - appellant nos.1-1 to 1-3. 2.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that Criminal Appeal No.186 of 2007 has been finally decided by this Court by judgment and order dated 25-09-2024. However, there were mistakes in the names and age of applicant nos.1-1 to 1-3 i.e. legal heirs of the original appellant, which were mentioned in the appeal memo and those names and age reflected in the judgment are required to be corrected.

As the above mistakes seem to have appeared due to inadvertence and typing mistake, application is allowed. Necessary corrections be carried out in appeal memo. Subsequently, necessary corrections be made even in the Judgment and order dated 25-09-2024.
