Leave to add Superintendent, Pay Unit. Zilla Parishad, Nanded as party. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondents no.1 to 3 and added respondent.

It is submitted that the pension proposal is already forwarded to the Superintendent, Pay Unit of Zilla Parishad, Nanded on 1.3.2019. It appears that the proposal is not forwarded to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded.

Ms Pansambal, learned Counsel for respondent no.4 submits that respondent no.4 shall forward pension proposal of the petitioner to the Education Officer within fifteen days from today with a copy of it to the Pay Unit, Zilla Parishad, Nanded.

The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded in consultation with Pay Unit shall process the said proposal within two weeks and forward the same to respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
