PER COURT :- 1) Heard. It is not a matter of dispute that liquidator has been appointed over the society against whom recovery in question is sought.

2) In view of the chronology recorded in the judgment delivered by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.1695/2012, decided on 31.8.2012, we are of the opinion that the petitioner should approach to the liquidator and raise his grievances as regards disbursement of the amount. If the petitioner tenders an application to the liquidator, the same shall be dealt with by the liquidator on its own merits.

3) In view of the above, no directions need to be issued in the instant matter. The petition stands disposed of.
