Mr. Wani, the learned advocate for petitioners states that,

2 wp 12444.17 petitioners have given applications with respondent Nos. 2 and 3 for issuance of development right certificates in the year 2013. The petitioners have complied with all the documents. The same are not decided as yet.

Patil, the learned advocate for the respondent/Municipal Corporation submits that, under letter dated 07.02.2014, the respondents have communicated to petitioners the deficiencies and the documents to be submitted by petitioners or else applications would be filed. 3.

In case, there are some deficiencies or the documents are to be submitted, the petitioners may submit the same. If the documents are already submitted, then the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall take decision upon applications filed by petitioners for issuance of development right certificates expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
