The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.408 of 2024 registered with Tuljapur Police Station, District Dharashiv for the offences punishable under Sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The prosecution has a case that the applicant took the money from the deceased. He was demanding his money back. However, the applicant did not return him his money. Hence, he committed suicide. The suicide note was found in the pocket of the pant of the deceased. He has given the list of the borrowers. There were large number of persons to whom the deceased had paid money. Considering the allegations levelled against the applicant and the

968-ba-1878-2024.odt (2) cause of suicide, further detention of the applicant would not required. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Vyankat Balasaheb Suryawanshi (Patil), be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that ; (a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant should attend the police station as and when called on written notice by the investigation officer till filing the charge sheet.
