This application has been received through jail. The applicant has asked for bail since the applicant is in advanced stage of pregnancy and it is her desire to give birth to her child outside jail.

The applicant is at an advanced stage of pregnancy. If her prayer is not granted, it would be a case for a new born to have been born in jail. On humanitarian

ground, we are inclined to grant the application in terms of the following order :

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) For the next two years, the execution of substantive sentence of the applicant imposed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhokar by order dated 27/10/2017 passed in Sessions Case No.20/2015 to stand suspended and the applicant be released on bail on her executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand). The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is requested to ensure that the applicant would be released from jail tomorrow itself i.e. on 19th November 2022.
