This application is filed for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the acquiring body. 2.

Learned advocate for acquiring body and learned AGP strenuously opposed the application stating that no case is made out by applicant for withdrawal of amount. 3.

Considering the fact that in connected matters of similarly situated claimants, this Court by order dated 09.08.2024 has permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation along with proportionate accrued interest, civil Bhagyawant Punde
