Perused the application. The applicant has sought parole leave for her son who is in jail for last more than 16 years. Reasons mentioned in affidavit-inreply for not giving parole leave to the son of petitioner is his persistent default. We, therefore, do not wish to interfere in the impugned order refusing the petitioner's son's parole leave.

As regards prematurely release of the petitioner's son from jail, we do not wish to express our opinion mainly because the case is now pending before the competent authority/Government.

Smt. Preeti R. Wankhede (Appointed), Advocate for the petitioner be paid Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) as fees.
