Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, as also the learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2.

Though the petitioner is apparently challenging the show cause notice and the subsequent chargesheet on the premise that it is a matter of duplication, he having been already held guilty and have been censured, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to khs/Dec.2024/13404

- 2 - consider his application at page no.168 dated 23.09.2024 whereby he has sought to advert their attention to such duplication. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's application on its own merits and take appropriate decision in accordance with Law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 4 weeks.
