The service of notice for respondent No.5 by fixing notice on conspicuous part of the premise where he works, is a good service. He did not appear, hence, the matter to proceed ahead. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the State.

The petitioner had been superannuated. He was requesting respondent No.4/Management and respondent No.5/the Headmaster of the School to grant him selection grade pay scale. On 12.11.2018, respondent No.5 addressed a letter to respondent No.4 / the Executive OfÏcer of Shri Gadge Maharaj Mission, Mumbai. However, no decision has been taken.

The learned A.G.P. has correctly pointed out that such proposal should have been sent by the Headmaster directly to the Education OfÏcer.

The petitioner is seeking direction to forward his proposal. Hence, we direct respondent No.5/the Headmaster of the School, namely, Shri Gadge Maharaj Ashram School, Sitakhandi, Taluka Bhokar, District Nanded, to send the proposal for selection grade pay scale, within two weeks from today.

Respondent No.2 may take appropriate decision within three weeks after receipt of the proposal.
