Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 108/2023 registered with Deopur Police Station, Dist. Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 427, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 4 and 27 of the Arms Act. 2.

Though the offence is alleged under Section 307 of IPC and other Sections of IPC, no medical certificate of injured is placed on record. 3.

Perusal of the order of rejection of anticipatory bail application dated 27/06/2023 shows that even then no medical certificate was filed on record, however, in spite of the said fact, the said Court proceeded to reject the application. Even after six months thereof no injury certificate is placed on record by the prosecution which shows that there is substance in the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that 938.aba1587.23.odt

no injuries are caused and hence no injury certificate is placed on record. Hence application stands allowed in terms of interim order dated 27th September, 2023.
