The case dates back to the year 2015. The applicant herein has lodged the FIR against her husband and in-laws. It is informed that the Charge has been framed, meaning thereby the trial of the case has commenced. The respondents, accused in the case, are residing at Pune. The applicant seeks transfer of this case to the Court at Parbhani, on the ground that she has now shifted to Parbhani and residing thereat. On such grounds, no transfer of the case can be granted. The application is rejected.
