Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. This application is for restoration of the first appeal, which came to be dismissed for want of removal of objections within the stipulated period, as per the order dated 30th April, 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed. The first appeal stands restored to its original position, subject to condition that the office objections are removed by the applicants within four weeks from today. The office to allow the applicants to remove the office objections, if removed within four weeks from today.

The civil application stands disposed of.
