PER COURT :- An affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of respondent No.2, wherein, it has been stated that, the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the decision taken by the authorities has been communicated to the petitioner on 9.11.2015. In view of the affidavit tendered by respondent No.2 communicating compliance of the order passed by this Court, the Contempt Petition does not deserve consideration. Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that, the order passed by the respondent authority is not legal and valid. However, the contentions raised by the petitioner regarding merits and correctness of the order, need not be considered while dealing with the Contempt petition. Keeping option of the petitioner to avail of the remedies for raising challenge to the order passed by the respondent authority open, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
