The petitioner is assailing the decision regarding auction of sand of Bhima river near agricultural land gut Nos. 218 to 225, 233, 236, 238 and 239 of village Ganeshwadi, Tq. Karjat, Dist. Ahmednagar. The said decision was of the year 2011. This Court had granted interim orders.

With the passage of time the purpose of writ petition stands served. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Rule accordingly discharged.
