It is stated that respondent has deposited amount of Rs.44,10,859/- and thereafter, the present applicants were allowed to withdraw 50% of the same. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that though the specific order has been passed by this Court to deposit entire amount, the said amount has not been deposited by the respondent.

Taking into consideration the conditional order that was passed in respect of stay to the execution of the award, the applicants are at liberty to any other recourse, if available. However, taking into

968-ca-13474-18.doc consideration the fact that already they were allowed to withdraw the 50% of whatever is deposited with this Court, this application stands disposed of.
