This Court vide order dated 06.10.2023 disposed of Habeas Corpus Criminal Writ Petition No.1468 of 2023. Inadvertently, the name of the victim girl had been mentioned in paragraph No.1 of the said order.

Without observing anything more, we allow this Writ Petition, deleting the name of the victim appearing in paragraph No.1 of the order dated 06.10.2023.

The corrected copy of the order be uploaded immediately. 5.

Name of the father appearing in the caption as Respondent No.5 be also deleted since, it may suggest the identity of the victim, whose name is hereby directed to be deleted from paragraph No.1 of the said order.
