The appeal is dismissed in default and the order of Claims Tribunal, Osmanabad is confirmed on 31st July, 2014. The learned advocate submits that the applicant is very old lady. The parties are from Kalamwadi, Tal. Barshi, Dist. Osmanabad and it is very inconvenient to attend this court for withdrawal of the amount.

Considering the facts, the amount deposited by Insurance Company in this Court be forwarded to the Chairman, MACT, Osmanabad.

Registrar (Judicial) to send the amount deposited in this court along with the interest accrued thereon to the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Osmanabad for disbursement to the claimants as per the Judgment passed by him. If there are any bank charges for forwarding the amount, they shall be deducted from it.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
