The grievance of the Petitioner is that the delay of 51 years is condoned by the District Superintendent of Land Records (DSLR). The Petitioner challenges the said decision and the proceedings are pending before Respondent No.1. The stay application is also pending. In the meanwhile, the DSLR is proceeding on merits of the matter.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- (a) The first Respondent shall issue notices to all the litigating parties and decide the said application filed by the

(b) The appeal preferred by the Petitioner shall be decided within 90 days from today.

(c) The Petitioner is at liberty to convey to the DSLR that the appeal and the stay application are being heard expeditiously.
