Motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 02.12.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.14387 of 2025. It is pointed out that in the order dated 02.12.2025, in first sentence of paragraph No.3, words "under the Zilla Parishad" has been wrongly mentioned after the words "The spouse of the petitioner is working as Teacher". Therefore, words "under the Zilla Parishad" need to be deleted and the said sentence be read as "The spouse of the petitioner is working as Teacher." 2.

Taking into consideration the same, in the first sentence of paragraph No.3 of the order dated 02.12.2025 passed in Writ Petition [1]

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 940-wp-14387-2025 spk.odt No.14387 of 2025, words "under the Zilla Parishad" be deleted and the said sentence be read as "The spouse of the petitioner is working as Teacher."
