Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the similarly situated co-accused have been released on bail by this Court by order dated 14.09.2022 passed in Bail Application No.1450 of 2022. The injuries sustained to the complainant were simple. The counter reports were lodged by both the parties against each other. The material investigation is over. Hence, they may be released on bail 3.

The learned A.P.P. would submit that the offence is serious. However, the weapons allegedly used in the crime were seized. Considering the gravity of the offence, the applicants may not be released on bail.

Similarly situated accused have been released on bail by this Court. The material investigation appears to have been completed. The injuries suffered by the injured were simple. No purpose would be served by keeping the applicants behind the bar. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Nos. (1) Anand s/o. Sakharam Shinde and

(2) Namdev s/o. Sakharam Shinde be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in C.R.No. 0215 of 2022 registered with Hadgaon Police Station, Taluka Hadgaon, District Nanded, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that they shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice.
