By this application, the applicants-petitioners had sought interim relief. The writ petition is pending for 11 years and this application was pending for 9 years.

The applicants-petitioners had prayed for a direction to extend the tenure of their service period till the project is over or till they attain the age of 60 years. This Court had issued notice. However, no relief was granted.

In view of the above, we are disposing off this civil application. 4.

Considering the order of this Court dated 23/02/2015, passed in the writ petition, the learned A.G.P. would take appropriate instructions so as
