Considering reasons stated in the application and fact situation of the case, application deserves to be partly allowed. Hence, following order:

Civil Application is partly allowed.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw 50 percent amount out of deposited amount alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3529 OF 2025 .

This is an application for grant of stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award. 2.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

As per the impugned judgment and award, the entire amount is deposited in this court by the applicant. Considering this aspect, the application deserves to be allowed and is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
