The application is filed for condonation of delay of 286 days caused in filing appeal against the judgment and order of Family Court by which decree of restitution of conjugal rights is given in favour of the present respondent, husband. Counsel for husband strongly opposed the application. In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. 2.

Notice in appeal to respondent. Learned counsel Shri. A.N. Patale who is already on record waives notice for respondent, husband.
