Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is suffering from the brain disease (Epilepsy) and warrant has been issued in execution of decree.

In the circumstances it would

ca14528.18 be expedient that the execution of impugned decree is stayed. As such there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause "C".

In addition to court process applicant shall serve the respondent privately by any legally acceptable mode and to file an affidavit with tangible proof of actual service. In case of failure to serve the respondent privately and file affidavit of service stating that the respondent is served or not, the ad-interim relief would cease to operate.

Accordingly the civil application stands disposed of.
