11.09.2018 P.C. :- Mr. Pathan, the learned counsel submits that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending for consideration with the committee. The result of the petitioner of 8th semester Engineering course has been withheld.

We have heard the learned AGP.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

Respondent No.2 Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within three months from appearance of the petitioner.

Petitioner shall appear before the committee on

( 2 ) wp10592.16 27.09.2018.

Respondent Nos.4 to 6 shall not withhold the result of the petitioners examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Of course degree certificate shall be issued to the petitioner, after the petitioner, produces validity certificate. Respondent Nos.4 to 6 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceedings.

The Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition Civil Application also stands disposed of.
