Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

For the reasons stated in the application for withdrawal of amount and having considered the grounds of objections raised in exception to the impugned judgment and award, at present I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw 50 per cent of the deposited amount along with the interest accrued thereon. Balance 50 per cent amount be kept in any nationalized Bank in Fixed Deposit Receipt, initially for a period of two years, and if so required, to renew the said Fixed Deposit Receipts for further period, till disposal of the appeal. Civil Application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of in above terms.
