We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned

The applicant has given reasons for his absence on the date when the matter was dismissed that he had to immediately leave as his mother was hospitalized.

Considering the the reasons given the order dated 03.10.2018 is recalled and Writ Petition No. 4329 of 2016 is restored to its original position. Civil application is disposed of.
