The learned advocate for the applicant submits that now the cheque is received for depositing in this Court towards entire amount of compensation along with interest.

Since the Acquiring Body is ready to deposit entire amount as per the impugned judgment and award, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The application for stay is allowed. There shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award pending the appeal, subject to condition of depositing of the entire amount as per the impugned judgment and award along with the interest within two weeks from today in the office of this Court. The application stands disposed of.
