The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner has filed representation dated 07.08.2015 (Exhibit - I) with regard to the irregularities committed by the respondents in filling in the post.

Mr. Bakshi, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 on instructions submits that, the said representation would be decided by the respondent No. 2 on its own merits. 3.

In the light of that, we pass following order.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation (Exhibit - I) (Page No. 70 to 84) filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
