The petitioner is seeking a direction to the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Beed to forward his reference preferred under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to the Civil Court for adjudication. 3.

It appears that the Special Land Acquisition Officer by his communication dated 28.04.2014 had raised certain objections regarding payment of court fees and copies of the references. 4.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would pay the necessary court fees within four weeks from today. 5.

We direct the respondent No. 3 to receive the court fees from the petitioner which he is to deposit within four weeks and thereafter immediately forward the reference to the Civil Court with whatever objections he intends to raise. If the papers are not traceable in the office of respondent No. 3, he shall get it reconstructed with the help of the petitioner.
