The Petitioner submits that her husband is working 40 kms away from her location. He is a Teacher in a private institution. The representation of the Petitioner dated 12.09.2023 is before the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad praying for transferring the Petitioner to such a place which could be within 30 kms of her husband.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad consider as to whether there is any such location having a vacancy on which the Petitioner could be transferred within 30 kms from the location of her husband. In short, if the request of the Petitioner could be

( 2 ) 917 wp 12475.23 feasible, the same may be considered in the light of the policies and the rules applicable. Let this exercise be completed within 45 days. 3.
