2] This is an application by the original claimant seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the acquiring body. In several other matters from the same group this Court by order dated 12/1/2019 allowed the claimants therein to withdraw the entire amount, 50% by furnishing undertaking and 50% by furnishing bank guarantee of a Nationalized bank. The Court will have to be consistent. 3] The application is allowed.
