Mr. Kale, learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record copy of the judgment and order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Purna, in Regular Criminal Case No. 14 of 2005, dated 06.12.2021. It be taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'A', for identification.

Revision Application was filed challenging the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Parbhani, remanding the case to the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, for fresh trial. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that after remand, the learned Magistrate had decided the case on merit. Hence, the Revision Applications become infructuous. 4.
