DATE : 15.11.2019 P.C. :- This is an application by the original claimants seeking withdrawal of the amount to the extent of applicant no.4 who was up till now a minor.

The learned advocate for the applicants submits that this Court by the order dated 01.02.2018 has already allowed the rest of the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount which they are found entitled to by the Tribunal. Since the applicant no.4 was then minor by the order dated 13.04.2018 the earlier order was modified to his extent granting him liberty to make application after attaining majority. Accordingly now he is seeking withdrawal of the amount.

Considering all the aforementioned facts even the applicant no.4 is now allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount like the other applicants. Application is disposed of subject to usual undertaking. [MANGESH S. PATIL, J.] mub
