Today the matter is listed under the caption of await service of Sole-Respondent. However, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that the dispute between the Applicants and the Non-Applicant is amicably settled and both the parties have filed pursis Exh.30 before the learned trial Court. Accordingly, on 22.07.2024 the learned 3rd Additional C.J.M., Shrigonda passed an order below Exh.1 in Cri. M.A. No.196/2019 and disposed of the petition.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties.
