By the present application, the applicant seeks suspension of the substantive sentence and his release on bail. 3.

By judgment and order dated 8th January, 2014, the applicant was convicted by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Palam for offences punishable under sections 452, 354 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, which has been confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.5 of 2014 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gangakhed by judgment and order dated 21st September, 2016.

It is informed that the applicant was on bail during the trial, so also during pendency of the appeal. He has also deposited the amount of fine. 5.

In view thereof, the substantive sentence is suspended and the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on the same terms, on which he was admitted to bail by the learned Trial Court. 6.

The applicant shall submit private paper-book within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which the present application shall stand dismissed.

7.

The applicant shall attend the Trial Court once in every six months till conclusion of the present revision application. Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
