These petitions are filed with a sole prayer to direct

dyb 2 WP13404-18dt 04-12-2018 expeditious disposal of the special darkhast proceedings, which are pending.

Such a simplicitor mandatory direction cannot be issued as if the learned Civil Judge is taking up the matters as per the time schedule and the special drive, then it would disturb such time schedule. At the same time, the learned Civil Judge will keep in mind that the proceedings are a commercial dispute which, the Courts are required to take expeditiously, under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. Liberty to the petitioners to apply to the learned Civil Judge pointing out the above. The petitions are disposed of. N.M. Jamdar, J.
