PER COURT :- 1.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the amount of interim maintenance, to be deducted from the salary of the applicant, was reduced from Rs.12,000/- per month to Rs.8,000/- per month. However, the same is not reflected in the order dated 15.9.2014, in paragraph No.4(E).

The learned Advocate for the respondents confirms the said statement.

In the light of the above, the Civil Application is allowed. Paragraph No.4(E) of the order dated 13.9.2014 shall stand corrected and shall read as under:- "(E).

In the light of the above directions, the letter dated 13.3.2014, by which the amount of interim maintenance is being directed to be deducted from the salary of the petitioner stands modified and thereby deduction at the rate of Rs.8,000/- per month will continue till the disposal of the suit." 4.
