The learned Counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the petition and requests that the trial Court may be directed that the suit be expedited as the suit is pending since the year 2014.

Leave granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned Civil Judge will dispose of the suit expeditiously subject to the earlier time bound commitment, if any. If the issues are not framed, the learned Civil Judge will consider framing of the issues, at the earliest.
