The validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2.

Considering the fact that the proposal for verification of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending since February 2018, the respondent no.2 shall decide the proceeding expeditiously and preferably within six months from today.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 14.10.2019.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
