Applicant seeks to condone the delay of 540 and 640 days respectively caused in filing appeals.

Perused the applications and reasons stated therein. Apparently, the delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigencies. Applicants have not derived any advantage by making delay. Hence, sufficient cause is made out. In result, Civil Applications are allowed. Delay of 540 and 640 days respectively caused in filing appeals is hereby condoned.

Appeals be registered, subject to removal of office objections.
