Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are not accepting the application of the petitioner for registration under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

The petitioner may fle application with the respondents under the Act of 2015 for registration of the petitioner's Balakashram. On receipt of the application from the petitioner, the Authority shall take decision upon the application on its own merits in accordance with law. The respondents shall endavour to decide the said application
