Petitioners contend that the proposals tendered by the management for according approval to the appointment of petitioners made in the year 2013 has not yet been considered by the Deputy Director of Education i.e. respondent no. 3. Petitioners contend that there are no backlog vacancies with the institution. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no. 3 to take decision on the proposal tendered by management for according approval to the appointment of petitioners within framework of rules on consideration of relevant facts and after extending an opportunity of hearing to the management, as expeditiously as possible,
