Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On instructions, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has no particular objection if prayer clause 'B' of the Misc. Application is granted.

In view of the aforesaid concession by the
2 M.C.A. 205.2016 respondent, Misc. Application stands granted in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The matter be transferred from the court at Parbhani to the competent court at Nanded. It is expected that the matter would be prosecuted at Nanded as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the papers from the court at Parbhani to the court at Nanded.
