The reasons for delay are explained in paragraph No.3 of the application. On perusal of the reasons so assigned, I am satisfied that the delay has been sufÏciently explained. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) Civil Application No.13615 of 2018 is allowed and disposed of.

{2} CA 13615 OF 2018 II) Delay of 450 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.

III) Appeal be registered in accordance with law.

IV) After registration of appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20.03.2019.

V) Shri S.P.Katneshwarkar, learned Counsel waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
